Account data you give us (name, company, email, password — stored hashed); content you post (offers, briefs, company pages, job posts, messages); and technical/usage data (IP, device, pages viewed) collected via essential cookies and our infrastructure.
To operate the marketplace, match buyers and sellers, deliver notifications and run your account — on the basis of performing our contract with you; to keep the Service secure and improve it — on the basis of our legitimate interests; and for optional marketing emails — on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
We do not sell your personal data. When you post a listing, the details you choose to publish are visible to other users, and matched parties can see your listing and contact you. We use trusted processors to run the Service — for example Supabase (database & authentication) and our email provider — under data-processing agreements.
We use essential cookies needed to log you in and keep the Service working. We ask consent before any non-essential/analytics cookies.
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. traffic.express is a marketplace that helps media buyers and sellers find and contact each other. We facilitate introductions and matching; we are not a party to, and take no responsibility for, any deal, payment or traffic delivered between users. Do your own due diligence before transacting.
You agree not to post false, misleading, illegal, fraudulent or infringing content; not to send spam; not to post fraudulent, bot, or non-compliant traffic offers; and not to scrape, disrupt or abuse the Service. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
You keep ownership of what you post and grant us a licence to host and display it to operate the Service. You’re responsible for the accuracy and legality of your listings.
Advertising and featured placements are billed as described at purchase, monthly unless stated, and are subject to availability and our approval. We may decline or remove ads at our discretion.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for dealings between users. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
